As the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day "double festivals" approach, on this occasion of reunion and celebration, Colibri Technologies would like to extend sincere holiday greetings and heartfelt thanks to all partners who have long walked hand in hand with us and pursued common development.

Our company's hard-won achievements today would not be possible without the consistent support and trust of our partners.

I. Our Foundation for Cooperation: Mutual Benefit and Win-Win, Openness and Transparency

For many years, we have always taken "mutual benefit and win-win, openness and transparency" as the foundation of our cooperation. Together, we safeguard a fair, just, and open business environment.

"Great virtue and refined skills, truth-seeking and innovation, mutual understanding and friendship, responsibility and action" — these are the core values of Colibri Technologies' corporate culture. They determine the way we do things: we devote our energy to products, delivery, and service, not to personal favors.

For this reason, before every festival, we earnestly repeat this statement:

During the double festivals, all partners are kindly requested to strictly comply with the Supplier Integrity and Anti-Bribery Commitment Letter.

II. During the Double Festivals, Please Spare These "Gestures"

It is prohibited to bribe our personnel in any manner, including but not limited to:

• Sending red envelopes, bank transfers, or giving shopping cards, fuel cards, phone credit top-ups, securities, or vouchers
• Giving festival gifts: mooncakes, premium tobacco and alcohol, tea, seafood, local specialties, etc. (including those sent via express delivery, on-demand delivery, or food delivery)
• Banquets and entertainment expenses such as KTV, clubs, saunas, golf, travel, tickets to performances and sports events
• Reimbursing or paying on behalf of our employees for expenses that should be borne personally (travel, accommodation, meals, vehicles, communications, etc.)
• Providing benefits in disguised forms through employees' relatives, friends, or in the name of third parties or affiliated companies
• Giving kickbacks under the names of "consulting fees," "service fees," "commissions," "gratuity," etc.
• Providing dry shares, dividends, investment opportunities, insider information, or arranging jobs or paying tuition for our employees' relatives

A plain truth: a meal, a box of mooncakes, a shopping card — they may look like personal courtesy. Once they cross the line, they become a risk that neither company can afford. All suppliers must convey this reminder to every person who has business contact with our company.

Once any violation of the Supplier Integrity and Anti-Bribery Commitment Letter is discovered, our company will pursue liability for breach of contract in accordance with relevant management systems and regulations.
