Comprehensive Parameters Tested: Brightness, chromaticity, MTF, field of view (FOV), contrast, distortion, ghosting, point/line defects, binocular image alignment, virtual image distance, etc.

Technical Edge: High-pixel, high-resolution test cameras + dedicated AR/VR aperture front lenses (AR lens FOV 70°, VR lens FOV 140°) + professional camera calibration technology.


XR Optical Module AA & Binocular Alignment Equipment

Monocular optical module AA (e.g., Pancake module-display AA, optical engine-waveguide AA) and binocular optical module alignment.

Proprietary high-speed, high-precision motion control and AA algorithms enable rapid AA process adjustments tailored to product specifications.


XR Camera Intrinsic & Extrinsic Calibration Equipment

Detect and calibrate the internal parameters such as clarity, distortion, and optical center of visual sensors such as RGB cameras, depth cameras, and VST perspective cameras in XR devices, as well as external position parameters between multiple cameras.

XR IMU-Camera Joint Calibration Equipment

Detects and calibrates errors (e.g., bias, axial misalignment) of inertial measurement units (IMUs), as well as time synchronization and spatial pose parameters between IMUs and cameras.

Proprietary high-precision calibration algorithms enable automated parameter writing and re-inspection.


VCSEL Test System

Applications: Consumer electronics 3D imaging, IoT, data centers/cloud computing, autonomous driving.
