As a professional supplier of non-standard automated equipment, after-sales services are complex endeavors, involving quality assurance of post-delivery installation and commissioning, maintenance service, parts and spare parts supply, maintenance technology training, technical consulting and guidance, solution and feedback of on-site problems, and proposal of customer-related process control. We have established a complete after-sales service system and flow to ensure that we can provide timely, accurate and effective after-sales services and support that resolve our customers’ issues and realize our commitment to our customers. In China, we have 4 after-sales service support regions with 16 service points in our customers’ factories to provide 5-minute response services. In addition, we also have service support centers in the US, Brazil, Japan and Vietnam to ensure quick service response to our overseas customers. Our high-quality after-sales services are supported by high-quality employees. Our after-sales service personnel, comprising more than 800 employees, have received regular training as part of our commitment of providing timely, professional and all-rounded services for our global customers.
