From our conception, Colibri has been active in research and development and manufacturing of automated equipment for the HDD (Hard Disk Drive) industry. We have amassed valuable HDD production knowledge and technology that enables us to understand the specific requirements necessary to ensure high quality production.

Critical Technical Parameters:

1. Tolerances for positional, parallelism, flatness, perpendicularity, symmetrical & true position fall within 3 microns.
2. During assembiy, more than 70 high precision machined parts require a tolerance within 3 microns

3. Machining Processes: CNC, Grinding, Lathe, EDM, Wire-Cut, Jig Grinding, Optic Projector Grinding.

Critical Technical Parameters:

1.Tolerances for positional, parallelism, flatness, perpendicularity, symmetrical & true position fall within 3 microns.
2. During assembiy, more than 45 high precision machined parts require a tolerance within 3 microns

3. Machining Processes: CNC, Grinding, Lathe, EDM, Wire-Cut,Optic Projector Grinding.

Critical Technical Parameters:

1. Tolerances for positional, parallelism, flatness & protrusion profile within 3 microns.
2. Total of 80 small precise holes that requires EDM.
